GradCAP Co-Coordinator (2018-2019)
I co-coordinated this pilot project through the USDA Northeast Climate Hub,  the Graduate Student Climate Adaptation Partners (GradCAP). This project successfully built a network of early-career Scholars working on climate adaptation in agriculture, aquaculture, and forestry across the Northeast region, providing opportunities for networking, outreach, and professional development.

FoodCorps Service Member (2013-2014)
After completing my Master's, I devoted a year to public service with FoodCorps, a program that connects kids to healthy food in underserved schools.  I worked with UMaine Cooperative Extension to design and implemented hands-on programs that reached 1,900 kids in rural Maine.

Resident Counselor (2010-2011)
Prior to graduate school, I worked as a residence life professional at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.  This entailed building community, planning events, teaching life skills, mediating conflicts, and counseling students in crisis, among other duties.
